Get Ready For A Workout!

This lens focuses on the importance of doing finger exercises before you begin to play your bass guitar. There are some big fringe benefits associated with doing these finger exercises which include stretching, strength, and dexterity. So please do not consider this information to be some boring, useless dribble with no meaning. This stuff is important, and you should treat as such.

Stretch Those Fingers

type=textBelieve it or not, stretching is an exercise that is included in any complete exercise plan. Stretching is a great exercise to start with for your fingers before you even pick up your bass guitar. You may already be familiar with some of the exercise emaples you are about to see. Now, all you have to do is actively make them part of your daily practice routine.

Strengthen

type=textO.k. so you did a few stretching exercises, and you're ready to play your bass. Well, before you do, how about doing a couple of strength builder exercises first. That's right, after you do some stretching, then it's time to do some strengthening! (I'm telling you this is a workout!)
