Fireproof is an action packed love story that will inspire audiences into the world of a firefighter, his wife, and a marriage worth rescuing! This is the third film from Sherwood Pictures, the creators of Facing The Giants, and Flywheel.
This film, like Sherwood's other two films, was driven by volunteers. There is a professional film crew of eight men which work at a discounted rate accompanied by curch members who act, cater, baby sit, answer phones, pray, handled wardrobe, make up, set design, and the many other details associated with film production.

The Fireproof Story Line
Never leave your partner behind is the adage for Capt. Caleb Holt for both him and the rest of his fire department. However, at home is is another story.It seems that Caleb and his wife Catherine who comes from a home where her father was a brave firefighter, are growing apart after seven years of marriage. They argue over the common issues of married couples like money, housework, and outside interests. They are at the point where they both are almost ready to call it quits.
As the pair are about to file for divorce, Caleb's father challenges his son to a 40 day experiment. He calls it the "Love Dare". Caleb agrees almost more to appease his father than for his wife. As Caleb dives into the 40 day challenge and discovers the books daily challenges are associated with his parents new found faith, he almost gives up on the promise to fulfill the challenge.
However, he honors his promise and stays true to the challenge. He finds it difficult and wonders how he can continue to show his love to someone who is rejecting it.
Then Caleb's father explains that this is like the love that Christ gives to us. It is then that Caleb dedicates his life to Christ and to love God. And through learning to love God, he learns what it means to really love his wife.
But is it too late? He makes a career out of rescuing others, but can he now face his toughest job yet in winning back his wife's love?

- OH MY GOSH! THIS MOVIE IS AWESOME! I MEAN THE HOLE CAST DID SUCH A GOOD JOB THRU THE HOLE MOVIE, IT DIDNT HAVE ANY BORING OR DULL MOMENTS, IT WAS GOOD FROM BEGGINING TO END.
