Diecast collectibles

This is about diecast vehicles and the main focus here is on First Gear Company and was founed in 1992, located in Peosta, IA. I mainly collect the 1:34 scale but this is about all the various scales. These diecast are some of the best made and the detail is incrediable. There are lots of collectors who modify theirs into speciality type such as a gen pole truck some even make theirs into anA frame lift type. First Gear has created one of the newer scales of 1:50 and most deal with construction equipment such as bulldozers, graders and other style construction vehicles and equipment. There is even a catageory dealing with Novelty & Specialty, such as gas cans,/ oil/lube cans, Steel Thermometer, Ornaments and even some Airplanes as well in their line up.

Hopeful

I am in hopes of creating an online lense that will help the collector of First Gear get a feel of the market place as well as a listing of some of the favorite First Gear produced diecast. and will be spotlighting some of the newer ones. If you want something posted just let me know.

I also collect diecast cars. My cars are mostly Nascar themed, and 1/24th scale, (that's the most popular, in our sport). Nice lens, thanks for visiting!
