First Signs Of Pregnancy
I have been watching my body for the first signs of pregnancy as my DH and I have been trying to conceive for just over 12 months. I have also been searching for information about the earliest signs of pregnancy. I had been using Midstream Ovulation Tests to check when I was ovulating. So each month I would hope and pray that this month I would be pregnant.
The main things I was bothered about was finding a ept pregnancy test that I could use as early in my cycle as possible, and what were the very early symptoms of pregnancy. After speaking to friends who had already been lucky enough to see those 2 positive lines I bought and used TestCountry Midstream Pregnancy Tests

If you are feeling a little delicate then I would definitely recommend the products at Native Remedies I personally used their Bringforth Life Flower Essence as my husband and I have had some difficulty conceiving, which made me feel very low and negative. They have other products which are suitable to use throughout your pregnancy, and help to ease problems such as morning sickness, stretchmarks, heartburn, etc. I've started using their StretchEasy Massage Oil - Condition skin to improve elasticity and prevent unsightly stretchmarks

Early Signs Of Pregnancy
Most pregnancy symptoms are related to the hormone hCG. Small amounts of hCG enter your blood stream about 6-10 days after conception.
* Your boobs may feel fuller and heavier, they may also be very tender and sore to touch.
* You may experience implantation bleeding, which is when the fertilized egg attaches itself to the lining of your womb. This can be very light spotting or a little brown discharge.
* Have you been feeling more tired than usual? No one is sure why women suffer with fatigue in early pregnancy, but it may be due to the rising levels of progesterone in the body.
* Have you been peeing more often? Due to the increase of blood and fluids in your body your kidneys are processing the fluid which ends up in your bladder.
* Although morning sickness does not usually occur until after the first month of pregnancy some women do experience nausea very early in the pregnancy, and this can occur in the morning, afternoon or evening! There are ways that you can avoid morning sickness.
* This leads us on to sensitivity to smells and tastes. For many women this is one of their first signs of pregnancy. They find that certain smells seem much stronger to them and that they 'go off' certain foods.
* If you have been charting your BBT, Basal Body Temperature, then you may have noticed that your temperature has stayed elevated for a number of days.
* One of the earliest signs of pregnancy is missing a period. However if you have irregular periods or do not keep track of your cycle then one of the other pregnancy symptoms may make you think that it is time to buy an Answer Quick & Simple Early Result Pregnancy Test, 6 Tests in 2 Packs
Look good, feel great!
If you want to avoid excess pregnancy weight gain, then you need to look after yourself. Not only is staying fit and healthy good for you but it's good for your baby too. You too could be a Slim Mom!If you suffer with heartburn and insomnia try these hints, tips and secrets to help you feel great.
You don't have to eat for two just because you are pregnant but you should increase you daily calorie intake by 300 calories. Make sure that you eat a well balanced diet that contains something from all the food groups. These are dairy products, fruit, vegetables, fish, meat, eggs, fat and carbohydrates.
During the first three months of pregnancy (and preferably before conception) a woman needs folic acid, also known as vitamin B9. It is important during pregnancy for the creation of the baby's nervous system.
Folic acid can help to prevent neural tube defects such as spina bifida and other congenital malformations such as cleft lip or cleft palate.
The following foods are excellent natural sources of folic acid, orange juice, barley beans, fruit, green vegetables, lentils, rice and peas . It is recommended that all pregnant women take a daily 400 microgram supplement of folic acid a day for two months before conception and for the first trimester.
During pregnancy, your body needs more Iron than usual to produce enough blood to supply nutrition to the placenta. Good sources of iron are green vegetables, for example, broccoli and spinach, wholemeal bread, strawberries and muesli. Tea and coffee can interfere with the body's absorption of iron. Iron is more easily absorbed if it is taken in conjunction with vitamin C, which can be taken as a supplement or in citrus fruit or juice.
It is recommended that all pregnant women take an iron supplement every day from the 20th week of pregnancy. But, if you have a good diet and routine blood tests show that you are not anaemic then they are not necessary. Iron supplements may cause constipation, so it is much better to make sure you are getting your iron from natural food sources.
Zinc and calcium are needed for the development of the embryo. These can be taken as supplements but it is usually possible to obtain enough zinc and calcium if you have a well balanced and varied diet.
What foods should be avoided during pregnancy?
Avoid eating shark, swordfish, marlin and limit the amount of tuna you eat to no more than two tuna steaks a week. This is because these fish contain high levels of mercury which can harm a baby's developing nervous system.
So to conclude to make up a healthy and well balanced diet during pregnancy you should eat the following:
* Fresh fruit and vegetables, especially those which contain Folic Acid and Iron, for example citrus fruits and leafy green vegetables.
* Carbohydrates such as wholemeal bread, wholemeal pasta, grains, potatoes and cereals.
* Lean meat or fish, especially oily fish which has high levels of essential fatty acids. However, some types of fish should be avoided.
* Milk and other dairy produce such as cheese, yoghurt and fromage frais. Try to choose the lower fat options.
* Keep yourself well hydrated with regular glasses of water or diluted vegetable or fruit juices throughout the day. This well help to prevent headaches and tiredness, and will also keep your bladder and kidneys healthy too.
