Fisher Price Poppity Pop Musical Dino: Best Toy for Babies and Toddlers

This adorable musical dino gets his "Poppity Pop" name because the balls pop up and down like popcorn--this definitely keeps your baby or toddler's attention! It uses 6 brightly colored balls to help your baby learn cause-and-effect, too! Your child puts the balls into the dino toy and they get spit out of its mouth--or jump out the top--to encourage the baby to crawl or walk after them (this is one of Fisher Price's "Go Baby Go" toys).

MY REVIEW: We bought this for my son when he was 6 months; he LOVED to sit in his bouncer and watch the balls bounce up and down. At first, he was a bit put off by the noise, however, he quickly became used to it and would watch it for a good 20 minutes before becoming bored. This was great, because it allowed me to get some things down around the house. The balls don't pop up quite as high as what is shown in the video, but they come up close. This is good for me though--less I had to chase around!

Fast forward to 9 months: this is now his FAVORITE toy! In a few months, this will still be one of the best toys for a 1 year old boy, and beyond.

This would be a perfect Christmas toy for any baby from 6 months and up, but it's the BEST Christmas toy for a 9 or 12 month old baby because they are just getting mobile. My son can literally play with this toy for hours. It gets him crawling around and using his motor skills; the random popping basically makes it a new toy with every pop.

I can see this toy holding my son's attention at least until he is 2 years old, if not longer!
