A Review of the Fisher Price Rainforest Jumperoo and Other Baby Activity Centers

The charming forest theme of the Fisher Price Rainforest Jumperoo is a hit with both babies and parents. This circular base construction is both stable and durable. The baby is enchanted with the soft and hard jungle toys located in five positions around the play area. The soft overhead toys - a red and gold toucan and a rich blue and green frog - dangle over baby's head and in an effort to grasp them the jumping action of the Jumperoo is enhanced.

Other great features of this activity center include the bright appealing colors of the cushy cover, the raised back support of the cover, the size of the holes for the legs (not too big), and the ability to easily machine wash and dry the cover. The Jumperoo opens from the top and folds with a push of a button for easy moving from room to room or even into the car and off for a visit to a friend's home. The covered springs are conveniently adjustable, as baby grows taller.

In our family, my daughter has twin girls Jessica and Lauren who are just six months. They received the Fisher Price Rainforest Jumperoo for Christmas. It has definitely been a big hit. Jessica who loves to kick her legs was immediately pleased with the jumping action of this equipment. She is quite happy to bounce up and down in it. Lauren who was slower to figure out that she could make this toy jump now just loves it and is always stretching to try to reach the overhead toys. However she seems to like the wonderful brightly colored toys and responds to the lights and music. Both girls seem particular pleased with the spinning lizard and the spinning sun which do not take much effort on their part to set in motion. It is easy to see that this is just the beginning of many hours of entertainment for them.
