Gulf Harbour Yacht Club's 18th Annual Fishing Tournament - Nov 13-14, 2010

Check out Saturday's larget snapper, weighing in at nearly 10kg. Here are more photos from the Gulf Harbour Yacht Club's Big Fish 10 Fishing Tournament. It is a whole weekend of fun, fishing and excitement. Day one saw some very large and very small (but still legal) snapper, with the average snapper weighing in at 2.67kg. Sunday brought in even heavier fish with the days average at 2.87kg and the largest sanpper weighing in at 11.35kg, while the largest king fish weighed in at 13.81kg.

Fish species accepted during the two day fishing competition included snapper, kingfish, trevally, john dory and kahawai.
