Fitness Equipment for a Home Gym
The Three Cs of Owning Fitness Equipment for a Home Gym
Owning your own fitness equipment is a great way to keep your fitness goals on track. Here are the Three C's that really make this a great option.
1. Cost effective. This investment in yourself is a better option then paying for a monthly membership fee at a gym. Your own fitness equipment can last you years, and you get to choose whichever items you'll enjoy most.
2. Crowds When you have your own excercise equipment, there is no waiting for machines. You never have to schedule your workouts for a time when everyone isn't working out. You can work out at the time that fits your lifestyle the best...even if that is at midnight! You also can be at peace and not have any weirdos watching you workout.
3. Convenience Working out at home means you'll be more apt to not make excuses. The equipment is indoors for rainy weather, too. It eliminates the travel time to and from a gym. I even like the benefit of the extra time with my dog (who likes to hang out while I workout at home).
I believe that ftness equipment should never be bought used. There is a danger in that and I would avoid it.
New fitness equipment often has steep discounts when purchased online, and you can get it shipped free to your home. Win WIn! Easy shopping with good pricess, and there is no hassle getting it to your home.
And as they say on TV, always check with your doctor before starting an excercise program...

I had a running machine but it couldn't be lifted upstairs (too heavy) and there was no way to dismantle it, believe me I tried. It was in the garage but that was no good - too cold and also people wanted to put cars, bikes, motorcycles, furniture etc in the garage and the running machine kept getting put in a corner, so I gave it to my son. I have to agree - make sure you have the space AND that the weight is not too much for the area you expect to install it into or for carrying upstairs. -
Great lens :) -
I like the flexibility of dumb bells sets.
