    Nice lens, I had no idea about some of these fitness products. One thing I recommend is taking in plenty of water to stay hydrated when you work out. I have a water cooler set up in my gym that takes 5 gallon glass bottles. Then I can drink pure BPA-free water and stay hydrated and healthy.

    Wow, nice lens! While there are a lot of great exercise machines out there my recommendation goes to the Air Climber exercise machine. It is relatively small, inexpensive and most off all, actually fun to use! Because it's so small and compact I find it easy to take with me while I'm on the road. That way I can keep up w/ my exercise routine when traveling.

    I think Beachbody has done an amazing job at building a fitness community around its products. Tony Horton is probably the most popular but I think they have a few other programs that are worthy of inclusion in this, like Slim In 6 or Insanity.
