    Wow this lense is dense with information and so helpful. It is informative and something I can come back to often. I am very grateful for this amazing advice you have given us all it is obvious you walk the walk as well. I am big into fitness and will take the Personal Trainer exam soon. I know how much discipline it takes to follow these ways and be 100% as much as we possibly can. Thank you so much.

    I just recently took a Tabata class at my gym, Wisconsin Athletic Club, it was insane but I know how much it will benefit me and my clients. Awesome.

    Nice lens but I want to add a warning about drinking to much water since this can lead to water poisoning.

    This is a great lens. I'm always interested in fitness. If anyone has some advice on how to lose facial fat I'm looking for a product to promote. I think I've found the best one out there but always like advice. If anyone has this problem or has tried out a product let me know.
