Too old, lazy, occupied, frustrated,... for fitness? Try the Wii ...
Once you get over 45, you start to "feel" your body!
You are breathlessness when climbing stairs, your bones and muscles get stiff, it takes days to recover after a night out, in conclusion: you are getting old.
Oh no, I hear you saying, not me, I am in the prime of my life, What you can do I can do better (If you know the origin of the quote, you are really old).
But yeh, you are right, a little fitness would do me well.
So you bought some flashy running shoes at the local sportsstore, or a splendid bike (complete with flashy clothes, helmet and special shoes you can barely walk with).
But when you come home from work you are too tired to train, or it rains, or it is too dark outside (or not dark enough, people might see you) or the kids have still homework to do, or you have eaten too much, or...or...or. The is always a reason of not leaving the house.
So you subscribe to a fitness centre. Same reasons for not going to the gym are valid but additionally people look at you or all more advanced than you or ... or ...or.
Third alternative: You bought a home trainer or some other torture machines. No good, these things are so boring to do.
So why should not we ask the help of a virtual trainer?
That just what Nintendo thought when they developed Wii fit.

- I want a Wii - my favorite would be Dance Dance Revolution, I think, because I love the platform arcade version. This just whets my appetite for a Wii of my own.
