    I am over 40 and still do weights, pressups, pull ups the works as I did in my 30's, 20's and teens! I love this lens it motivates people into action.     It seems to me that more and more adults are returning to fitness these days and you have provided them with many options to do so.

    There is all the more reason to be healthy above 40, it is a dangerous age and susceptible to many diseases. Blame it on our sedentary life style. There is a hope and message in this lens for all who are above 40. Thumbs up.

    Wow, great lens! I loved the videos. While there are a lot of great exercise machines out there my recommendation goes to the Air Climber exercise machine. It is relatively small, inexpensive and most off all, actually fun to use! It's so small I find it convenient to take when I'm on the road. So even when traveling I can keep up my routine and stay fit.
