Where To Start

Pick out a simple exercise you would like to do such as walking, hiking, biking, swimming, or strength training exercises such as lifting weighting.
Try to pick an exercise that gets you outside in the fresh air.
If you think you will have a hard time sticking to any kind of schedule, find a friend who will volunteer to exercise with you. You can coach each other.
Spend about thirty minutes exercising your first week.
The next week increase your exercise times and exercise twice.
By the end of your first month you should be exercising three times per week for thirty minutes per session.
You should already be feeling better because you can becoming physically active and you are increasing your blood flow, which can also help you lose weight if you keep it up.
