Fitness Trainers
Quick question about fitness trainers is it important to you as a prospective customer that your personal fitness trainer be in shape? I know that may seem like a silly question to ask but as a person that has been pretty good in my life time about staying fit and healthy and has gone to quite a few different gyms over the years. It occurs to me that more often than not I see fitness trainers doing their thing which of course is training people to be fit but a lot of times I notice that the fitness trainer that happens to be instructing that they don't look like they are personally in all that great of shape?
It leaves me wondering why people would take the advice of a fitness trainer that does not seem to practice what they are preaching so to speak. Now don't get me wrong I have seen a lot of fitness trainers that are definitely living the life of being fit. Generally speaking those are the people that I usually get my work out tips from.
Yet there does seem to be a certain percentage of the health conscious population that will go to a fitness trainer that probably does indeed have the knowledge and certification to be a fitness trainer. I would just be hesitant to take the advice of a fitness trainer of all things if they themselves are not all that fit in the first place.

Fitness Trainers Another Perspective
Just to follow up on what I was saying about fitness trainers being in shape. I know I may be repeating myself a bit here but seriously why would you take the advice of a fitness trainer that is not fit? To me that is pretty much the equivalent of a doctor telling you not to smoke cigarettes and then they go outside of their office for a smoke break?OK one more little rant about the fitness trainers that are not fit, did you know that you can be study to be a certified fitness trainer online and get a certificate to be a certified fitness trainer. So in theory you can become a certified fitness trainer with out any hands on training as long as you are a good student of the fitness training materials that are provided by what ever course you are taking...... Call me crazy but I would think that of all the certifications that you can get online now a days that being a qualified fitness trainer should not be one of them
