Walking for Health and Fitness
Walking is the most recommended exercise! It is recommended for a variety of health problems, from back pain to diabetes to heart health. A thirty-minute daily walk is a quick and easy way to do your body a favor. You can walk anywhere--even in your house in front of your television, and walking is a great exercise no matter what your age. All you need is a pair of shoes and you're ready to go!
So, lace up your sneaks and let's go for a walk.

This version by Champion is a great sports bra and will hold you in place even if you decide to run, jog, dance or join a pickup basketball game while you are out walking. This is one of the most sturdy sports bras I own, and in fact, I rarely wear it because the band is too tight for me, and I am the upper range of sizes offered. - Nobody should have an excuse to not excercise, and by walking, you can overcome most of the obstacles that you have mentiones (gym fee, kids, time). I walk to work now every day, and I truly recommend it to anyone as part as a healthy weight loss plan. Thanks for these tips, most helpful.
