Flash in the Pan

Flash in the Pan got started in fall of 2006 when Jaie and I were talking about having more shows on the FBC station. At the time I was hooked on You Tube and Myspace Videos watching music videos and cartoons and pitched the idea of me doing a show playing clips I had found on online places and putting them on the air live twice a week.

On Wednesday I do a show based on a theme or keyword. I will then check Myspace, Garageband and other places for bands fitting the content and  then posting links to them in the show notes. Wednesday has also been the day lately than I run a TV theme for the audiance to guess with the answer being told on Sundays show.

Sundays show is just me being lazy usually. I play stuff from my own collection and sometimes will throw in some top 40 songs from that week.

The show is aired live on the FBC Wednesday at 11am PST and 11am Sunday PST. Wednesdays show is replayed Saturday at 11am and Sundays show 11am Tuesday right before my Rendals Ravings show which airs live at 12 noon on tuesdays.
