    I've been a rehabber for 10 years. In this market you have to be real careful with prices, but there is still big profits that can be made if you take your time and buy right.

    You have a few options, If you are selling the house yourself then if will not be easy to get what your asking for it! Especailly in the market we are in now. However there are a few companies that specailize in buying fixer upers! They offer fair market value for you home and pay now! So it depends if you must sell or if your just looking at your options!
