Fixing up My 3rd Bedroom...office... guest room?

.....so I can sell or rent my house... And LUCKY YOU - you're here in the BEFORE and DURING stage!!! That's right -- so far, there's no AFTER or HOW TO.

This is a very small bedroom in the middle of the house -- relatively little needs to be done. But something does!

This could be an office, a guest room, a baby's bedroom -- a walk in closet!
The key point is - it's a third bedroom!

What does it need:?

1. Fresh paint on the walls - I love this color but one of the walls isn't finished.
2. Doors for the closet
3. Most of the furniture moved out.
4. Electrical wiring improved (there are not enough electrical outlets and no overhead light). If renting, I'd skip this step
5. The wood floor may need refinishing.

It needs help to look bigger than it is, too...

A chairbed? Maybe a couple of plug-in wall sconces? Side table? Semi-opaque curtains for light and/or privacy? Possibly a small coordinating area rug.
