How to Grind the Magical Seed

We add flax to a lot of recipes in our house. It's filled with super-good-for-you omega-3 fatty acids, and makes for a terrific, all natural laxative. Bottom line: Flax seed is fabulous for your body.

The best way to get all the goodness out that tiny seed is to grind it up before eating. Herein lies the big issue. We buy fresh, whole golden flax seeds from a local farmer, but we had one heck of a tough time finding a good flax seed grinder.
