Our production facilities include: Three 8 colour flexo presses, one with in-line pattern and total coating capability. Two coater laminators capable of both solvent and solvent free lamination. Full coating for antimist and in-register pattern coating. Flexible Film perforation technologies available are : Three punch systems, two laser systems,needle and gas flame. Side weld bag construction and two Prefix registered food label application lines.

Paragon Flexibles have full artwork and reproduction capabilities equipped and operable on a 24/7 basis. We have a design and conceptual sample creation service to support customer product presentation requirements.

The Paragon Flexibles Films food science development centre is equipped with our food packaging science application laboratory. The purpose of this facility is to measure food respiration rates so package permeability can be determined delivering optimal shelf life and product quality.
