Whirley-Pop Stovetop Popcorn Popper

This brings back a lot of memories. When I was a kid we didn't have anything fancy in which to make our popcorn. We simply put butter into a pot, added popcorn and then kept shaking until it was done. It tasted sooooo good. Those were the days when we didn't think about how much butter we were using. Sometimes that is a nice thing!

I really liked the storyline, but neither my daughter or myself could understand how they came up with the ending. Hmmm, maybe it's a movie you have to see twice. Still a really good Chick Flick!!

Believe it or not, I was in my 40's before I even knew that this movie existed! I don't know how that happened, but now it's a must at least once a year. I even saw it at the theatre last year. You just can't beat an OLD Christmas movie. They just don't make them like this anymore.

It's Christmas Eve Day as I write this. If you haven't gotten around to seeing it yet this year, tonight would be the perfect time! Never fails... the ending still reduces me to tears!
