How to Start Your Journey Toward Becoming a Real Estate Heavyweight

If you have always wanted to become a real estate heavyweight and learn to invest in real estate, but all of the negative talk has scared you away, there is still hope for you to get started in real estate so don't give up.

The first thing you have to do is think about what type of heavyweight you want to be. Do you want to specialize in a specific area such as wholesaling or tax liens? Or do you want to be a general investor? Then you must make the decision that you are going to take action. Without action nothing will happen. Your next step is to find someone who will help you get where you want to go. Most people call this a mentor. The only problem with finding a mentor is most of us don't know how or have the contacts to make this happen. Is finding a mentor impossible? No, but it is very difficult and you will usually have to find a person who you connect with and that cares about you and your personal success. Some mentors charge for this and since most of us don't have the kind of money to pay for someone's time, we are shut out of this wonderful experience. It is said that the best mentors don't charge for their time because they understand the concept of paying it foward by giving back to others as it was previously done for them.

The answer to the problem that many of us have in finding a mentor is 95 mentors guiding you to becoming a real estate heavyweight so you can live your best life, give your family the best of yourself, and give back to your community.
