Revival in Lakeland

Amazing miracles are taking place in Lakeland. God is using Todd Bentley to bring Revival in Lakeland. It all started when Todd went to Ignited Church, Lakeland, Florida to conduct a Healing Revival for five days on April 2, 2008. On the third day an angel visited him. The angel told him to call Bob Jones. Bob told him that he KNEW the angel had visited him.

Bob said, "the angel came to you because he is the ANGEL OF THE WINDS OF CHANGE has come to Lakeland!" He's the same angel that came in 1948 to Jack Coe and William Brannum. See my link on the Lakeland Revival.

As I write this, just two hours ago at 2pm the Glory fell on me; I've been weeping and praying about what is happening here in Florida. I honestly have never felt such a manifest presence. People are saying they feel the glory 10 miles away from the meetings, it's that tangible. And based on how absolutely electric the meetings are going, one can only imagine what will happen tonight and in the meetings to follow. Along with many other leaders, we pray that this is the next wave that we have all been waiting for.

What can I say about what God is doing in Lakeland, Florida. Every night he has poured out his presence and his goodness. But there is a different atmosphere in the meetings than a regular conference. He is responding mightily to the hunger and desperation of those attending the meetings and Sunday night was no different. His Glory filled the building and many people have testified that they have felt this thick presence miles away from the building. There was a freshness and rejuvenation in the atmosphere and God poured out his love and joy. Hi Everyone,

This is our 11th night of revival meetings and Saturday night was all about intimacy with Jesus. God was drawing everyone in the meeting into that secret place with him. There was a peacefulness in the atmosphere and it was evident that God wanted to pour out his love and fill those who were empty. Right in the midst of worship Todd called for those who wanted to receive Jesus from just experiencing his presence in worship and the altar was full. One young couple came forward to both receive salvation and testified that after the meeting they were going to their wedding ceremony. They said they wanted to start their married life with God in it.

We had an amazing friday night in the Glory of God. Within minutes of opening the doors of the church building we were full. I can't remember another time in my christian life where I saw people lineup and wait hours to get into the meeting. Then as we worshipped God the smell of smoke began to come into the sanctuary and everyone at the altar and on the platform could smell it.

The testimonies keep coming in from around the world of churches and people logging on to watch the meetings and being touched by the Glory of God. We had another powerful night of worship & healing testimonies tonight. What really touched my heart was a homeless woman who was completely drunk last night and got saved came back tonight looking sober & more vibrant and testified of her salvation. She worshipped with everyone all night and then asked God for complete deliverance from alcoholism and even brought some of her friends from the homeless shelter to the meetings to get saved.

We just got back to our hotel room from the meeting. It's wednesday in the early morning hours and I'm still so overwhelmed by what God has been doing this last week. So many people were touched tuesday night. There were people who were healed and touched by God over cell phones, people delivered from addictions to drugs & alcohol, and salvations. I heard one testimony that a mother's daughter felt the power of God touch her in the Walmart down the street from the church. There were even testimonies of people going into the malls and restuarants and praying for people and seeing them healed today!

Last night was the first night of the extension meetings here in Florida and the church was packed again with so many that came with testimonies of God's healing in their lives. People from other countries and states showed up last night as word is getting out about what God is doing here in Lakeland. Before the meeting Todd was visited in his hotel room by an angel. Then Todd talked with Bob Jones and he confirmed to Todd that the angel that visited him was the angel that brought the winds of change. More

Hi Everyone,

Saturday night was so amazing. The church was jam packed with hungry people and there was a thick cloud of God's glory in the sanctuary. All night long people testified of healings and salvations that were happening in the streets and restuarants. Plus people in the meetings came forward as others testified of receiving God's healing to receive Jesus as Lord. What has really been unique about the meetings so far is that many people are having visions, trances and heavenly experiences and even visitations from Jesus in the meetings and while they are getting healed. Todd shared that he thought that would be the unique aspect of what will continue to happen right through all the meetings next week.
