FLOSS for Home Users
Free (Libre) Open Source Software is software that is readily available to anyone to use, copy, improve, examine and/or distribute to friends, family, co-workers. FLOSS is very popular in the server world (ie, LAMP) but is somewhat slower in gaining popularity in the home (or desktop) world. Indeed I find that I have trouble giving away free software. The mentality that "If it is any good, why is it free?" is hard to change. With this Lens I hope to spread the word about FLOSS!
