Everyone Loves Flower Fairies
Fairies have served as the muse for artists for hundreds of years, and flower fairies are among every artist favorite. As an artist, I love to draw and paint fairies. They're fun, magical, playful and mischievious little beings that just always bring joy to people through art.
In fairy mythology though, fairies come in many different types and varieties, some are beautiful, while others are dark and scary. Flower fairies are by far one of the most popular and fun types of fairies there are!

Based on the popular Flower Fairies books by author illustrator Cicely Mary Barker. Born in Croydon, South London in 1895 she found international acclaim as an artist with her delightful little books the first of which, Flower Fairies of the Spring, was printed in 1923. She died in 1973.
