Great lens. As a passionate botancial artist (in my youth I exhibited at Westminster with the Society of Botanical Artists). I had to get a real job and worked as a graphic designer to make ends met. Just getting back into being a artist again. I have always painted very small and detailed. I love the idea of painting big. Feel inspired to give that a go now! Thanks for this very resourceful lens x

I've been trying to learn to paint flowers with Donna Dewberry's instructional dvd's, it's a lot harder than it looks!

As a nature photographer, I'm challenged by the task of capturing as many intricate details as possible. One of my favorite subjects to photograph is a flower. This lens is a beautiful tribute! So glad I stumbled across it.

Jonathan is right. You are the best. Your paintings are amazing. I am a watercolorist, too, and I thought mine were good, but yours are, well, amazing.
