2 cups of finely crushed creme filled chocolate sandwich cookies
1 8 oz package of Creme Cheese, softened
1 cup of smooth peanut butter
1 14 ounce can of EAGLE BRAND Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated)
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup of whipped cream

In small saucepan, melt the 4 tablespoons of butter
Stir in the crumbled cookies
Press the crumb mixture firmly onto the bottom and sides of the 9 inch pie pan
Chill the pie shell while you prepare the mixture
In a large bowl, beat the 8 oz package of creme cheese until nice and fluffy
Add 1 cup of Peanut Butter and the 14 oz can of EAGLE BRAND Sweetened Condensed Milk
Beat again until smooth
Stir in the lemon juice and the vanilla
Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping
Pour the mixture into your chilled chocolate cookie pie shell
Chill for 4 hours or until the mixture sets
Add some garnishment and serve!

** Cinnamon Sticks or white chocolate shavings make great garnish!
