My Review of the Instant Focus Supplement- Does It Work?

I was having trouble concentrating at work. I work in an office, and I noticed that my mind kept wandering and I would frequently end up browsing YouTube or Facebook instead of getting work done.
A friend told me that she had the same problem with concentration, and solved it by taking the Instant Focus supplement in the morning, which increased her mental energy and helped her concentrate on her work. I was skeptical that it would help me, but she gave me a few capsules of Instant Focus to try out for myself.
Here's my review.

Taking a Natural Supplement to Increase Focus

I was initially pretty skeptical about Instant Focus. Could a simple, natural mix of herbs really stop my mind from wandering? It seems that, no matter how hard I try, I always end up doing something other than my work when I was in the office, and I was pretty doubtful that taking an herbal pill would change that.

I knew that if I stayed this unproductive, I was in danger of losing my job, so I was pretty desperate to try anything that worked, so I decided I might as well give Instant Focus a try.

Also, I don't have ADD or anything, so medication was out of the question. I can focus just fine when I'm at home watching TV or at a party- it's focusing on my boring job that is the problem.

Instant Focus Ingredients Reviewed

Before taking any type of herbal supplement, I like to examine the ingredients so I know exactly what it is that I'm putting into my body. The Instant Focus Ingredients were easy enough to find, they're right on the product's website. They even list the exact amount of each ingredient, which is not something all manufacturers do. Instant Focus contains:

  • Geranium

  • Vinpocetine

  • Ginkgo Biloba

  • Alpha GPC

I had only ever heard of Ginkgo Biloba before, I know it's used to increase memory and alertness.
There's also links to a few scientific studies proving the effectiveness of each ingredient. Looks like a good mix overall.
So far, so good. Now, does it actually work?

Testing the Instant Focus Supplement for myself

The warning on the label says not to mix it with coffee(because Instant Focus is already a stimulant that gives you energy), so I replaced my usual morning coffee by taking the two capsules of Instant Focus my friend gave me.

At first I didn't really feel too much..maybe a little more pep and energy. Apparently this stuff takes a little longer than I thought to kick in.

But, about an hour after taking Instant Focus, I really started to feel it. I felt a pretty strong feeling of euphoria- this stuff is definitely a mood booster! It's weird, but I was feeling pretty excited about getting started with my work- not a feeling I get often at my boring cubicle job!

I was definitely feeling a LOT more energy and excitement, and was really focused on my work. The hours really seemed to fly by. I sat at my computer basically without taking any breaks from the time I got in at 8:30 AM until my lunch break at 1:00 PM. Checking Facebook or chatting with coworkers didn't really cross my mind like it usually does- I really did just concentrate on getting my work done and nothing else. I just felt really intensely focused, and got a ton done, it was really great.

My Summary of Instant Focus Effects

If you drink coffee in the morning, Instant Focus might be a pretty good coffee alternative. It doesn't contain caffeine, so the energy you get is all-natural, and I didn't feel any crash afterwards.

Instant Focus gave me a LOT of energy, boosted my mood, and helped me focus on getting work done. It actually worked a lot better than I expected, and now I'm a believer. Take it from this lazy procrastinator- if you're feeling bored, tired, or distracted at work, you need to try Instant Focus- it will change the way you work. I will definitely be ordering a bottle, and I think you should order Instant Focus and try it for yourself.
