Sleep help for Baby Boomers
Personally I find the simplest and quickest way to improve sleep is to be consistent to the clock. I start with the same night time wind down routine, putting the pets to bed, turning out the lights, etc., which is winding down my mind at the same time. Then I go to bed at the same time every night, allowing for 8.5 hours of sleep and wake up at the same time every morning, every day-always and no naps. Most nights I find I do not need the 8.5 hours of sleep and I get up earlier. Try it for a month to see if it works for you.
