What is Folder Snapshot?

Folder Snapshot is a small, simple yet effective program that exports the names of your files/folders in the selected directory as a text document.

What can I use it for?

Do you have a folder full of MP3's? Mpeg's? Avi's? And do you want to categorize them for your own organized self or maybe you need to share your list with someone else, rather then type it out by hand or do an uneditable image screenshot of it you can make a text document. To copy and paste as you see fit.

So it doesn't matter what types of files you have in a folder, you can take a textual snapshot.

Who wrote the program?

David Mountford: Systems Engineer, Programmer and Australian Sex Symbol.

Where can I download it?

Right here. Right now.

Download the zip file. Unzip. Double click the .exe.

The program doesn't install, just run it when you need it.
