- Great information here. Last summer I went to an outdoor concert that was only about a 20 minute walk from my home. It had rained outside recently and the ground was wet. So we had to stand the whole time. It was very uncomfortable. Every summer they have about 8 of these free outdoor concerts and we always like to walk. It would be very nice having some lightweight ultra-portable chairs. I think this year I'll get around to buying a couple. Thanks for the information - this will help me in my search for just the right ones!
