The Magnetic Diet Weight Loss Program ... Is it a scam?
Before you make the investment to purchase the magnetic diet weight loss program be sure to read what I have to say about it first.
Last year I spent $39.00 to purchase the magnetic diet weight loss program from www.magnetic-diet.com
I came across the magnetic diet website while I was searching on google for a way to lose weight. When I saw the name I instantly took it for a scam but couldn't resist the urge to check it out. I was half expecting a sales pitch about magnetic jewelry or some other such nonsense when I clicked on the link but was suprised to find what appeared to be a credible website written by a man by the name of Nick Smith.
What kept my attention was that he wrote about how diet pills and supplements, and teas and weight loss patches and all of the exercise equipment that they try to sell on TV was basically worthless and how the key to losing weight was to learn how to control your appetite and get your metabolism to work harder. That made sense to me. I also liked how the program was available in an audio format. Between the picture of the author, the audio program, the chapter summaries and the bonus offers I couldn't resist. I purchased the program and was able to download the material immediately after my purchase.
For my money what I received was an e-Book manual and an audio program along with software that calculated how many pounds of fat I would need to lose to reach my goal body fat percentage. I also received an audio program in mp3 format that contained a guided visualization. The guided visualization talked me through a relaxation process and then a creative visualization process where I visualized how I wanted my body to look for about 15 minutes.
I read a couple of different diet books in the past but Smith's writing resonated with me. Once I understood what his concept of food magnetism was all about it things started to fall into place for me. I followed his 7 step plan for success and stuck with the 7 day success plan for 7 months. I did the visualization a couple of times a week and I did the energization exercises every day along with the easy cardio he recommended. In 6 months I was able to lose 65 pounds. Over the course of a year I lost 85 pounds total. I was completely transformed.
Previous to losing the weight I used to have a lot of problems with my back. I also had problems with heart burn and constipation. All of that cleared up as I continued to eat the foods on the magnetic diet shopping list. In addition to the food and exercise plan I also followed his advice on affirmations and meditation. I never thought that I would be able to meditate but Smith teaches a very simple practice where you sit still and focus on your breath for 15 minutes. The meditation helped me to improve my ability to focus and concentrate. I try and meditate at least 2 -3 times a week now.
With all of what I learned in the Magnetic Diet the most powerful thing for me was the craving control technique this is something that I continue to use every day whenever I have a craving it really does work.
Overall on a scale of 1 to 10 I rate the magnetic diet a 10 because bottom line it worked for me and I bet it would work for anyone who followed it beause the system is simple and easy to follow.

Home ab workout: crunch exercise for 6-pack abs
http://scoobysworkshop.com/abs.htm Don't let the TV ads convince you to buy some bulky contraption that will gather dust in your closet, crunches are safe and effective! This video clip shows how to do crunches with varying degrees of difficulty based on your ability. Remember that ab exercises alone will not give you abs! If you have the best abs in the world they will be completely invisible if you are overweight. Aerobic exercise and proper diet are even more important than ab exercises in getting that sought after 6-pack. Form is very important in crunches, many people do them incorrectly and end up working out their neck or hips more than their abs. Use slow movements and only use the abs. Concentrate on trying to raise your shoulders straight up towards the ceiling. Don't worry about how many reps you do but focus on using perfect form. No whipping the head around or flapping your arms! This is not a sit-up either, the hips are stationary. Also important is to minimize any tension in the neck, I do this by very lightly supporting my head with my hands or the weight plate The main reason to workout abs is because strong abs stabilize your lower back and shield you from injury but as a side benefit a 6-pack looks great! Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.
