- Although I do like some of Rachael's receipes, I can't stand her laugh after her so called funny comments. She's the only one laughing. Am fussy about the use of good grammar too and she could care less about it. Was amused at Bill Clinton watching her. Can't believe how Oprah likes her.

- I just want to know why in so many receipes, does Alton insist on using "UNSALTED" butter only to later add salt to the mixture. Why not just use SALTED butter? Is it because the salt in the butter and the extra salt will be too much? If so,why not use salted butter and leave out the Kosher salt?
