It's been studied through the past 15-20 years and research has shown that these fatty acids helped reduce inflammation, help reduce high blood pressure, and increase HDL cholesterol (which is the good cholesterol). So where do these fatty acids come from? Omega 3 fatty acids come from fish such as salmon, tuna, sardines. Also, from some eggs, and nuts such as walnuts, and flaxseeds.
