This is me with my Daughter, I am a Mother to 3 children, After the birth of my Daughter my body bounced back to its usual 50kg, I never knew what a weight problem was. I could eat anything at any time and never put weight on.
12 years later I fell pregnant with my second child by the time I was 3 months into my pregnancy my body had stretched past recognition, after that I just got bigger and bigger. I thought I would explode, I decided I was having a "Boy" or worse "Twins"!!
Finally!!! delivery time....I was as big as a Bus, I was so huge and couldn't wait to give birth, still under the belief that my body would return to its usual shape.
Boy was I in for a huge surprise.
I held my son in my arms and still I looked like a Whale. He smiled up at me and my fears about how I was going to lose this weight had gone for now.

After my 3rd Child my weight plateaued at 89kg, I was so distressed, depression set in, I have never been so uncomfortable in my entire life, I would refuse to accept that this was going to be my new body.We all see the latest fad diets, many of us jump on board to achieve our fantastic bodies.
For the first time in my life I was actually following a weight loss program. Ok I was on a journey and this was the beginning of the end of my fat body.
The meal plans were so hard to follow and having to prepare separate meals for my family was a huge pain in the neck.
I found that a lot of the foods incorporated in the diet were hard to come by, most supplements were not available in Australia. So already I couldn't follow the diet completely.
After two weeks there seemed to be no change in my size at all, I continued for another week, my energy levels plummeted I was always tired, I began to get aggravated and easily upset.
I began to feel like I was on a starvation diet and it got to the point that I would rather not eat than eat the foods that I had to prepare.
Well that was the beginning of my attempts to lose weight and I had already failed.
Diet Pills
I grabbed my visa card picked up the phone and requested EXPRESS DELIVERY, I wanted them NOW! TODAY!! I opted in for the 3 month supply, as it was $97.00 per month and a package deal would cost $250.00, so I decided I would not only be skinny in 3 months, I would have also saved $40.00.
I was so excited, I could eat my usual foods as long as I took 2 tablets an hour before meals. I have not got a sweet tooth nor do I eat many unhealthy snacks so I expected to see amazing results FAST.
I wanted that body on the packet!!! well why not thats how they advertised their pills.
Within 10 days I could see results around my stomach, the once very saggy empty pouch was changing, lifting up and looking firmer, yet my scales still read the same, I decided to put my scales away as I didn't want to worry about my weight.
I was seeing results and that was all that mattered to me, my jeans felt a little looser.
4 weeks later I had lost 1 inch from around my stomach, my thighs and hips were shrinking too, but the following months did not bring the same results.
I weighed myself and I was 83kg, still like an elephant and $250.00 poorer. A question that I kept asking myself.....Am I always going to be this FAT?
How could I have a weight problem??? To me this was a complete nightmare.
Many Diet experiments followed and all left me with the same results once I had completed them. I was still FAT!!
I had to do something, I had to start from scratch, I needed to research how the body works, what foods were good for me and what foods would actually help me to lose weight.
Ok here we go...
What I Found
In my search I found how the body works, how our bodies process the foods that we eat into the nutrients we need on a daily basis.I found that certain food combinations slow down the digestion process and cause toxic build up in our systems.
That drinking around 8 glasses of water a day will help your body to renew damaged cells, clean our system of toxic chemicals, improve the skin, nails and hair, act as a suppressant if you drink a glass directly before your meal and keep our bodies hydrated.
By replacing unhealthy snacks with healthy alternatives you will never feel deprived of your favorite foods.
Don't go hungry eat when your body tells you its time and don't over eat.
After documenting all the important information I finally drew up my own plan....
Which I now follow myself, in the above photo you can see me with my boys, I am happy with myself now when I look in the mirror. After five and a half years of carrying an extra 30kgs around my long days and nights of research paid off. I have finally reached my goal.
You can achieve the same results that I have using your everyday foods by adding foods to your daily diet. No food groups are eliminated and nothing is forbidden so you will never be on a guilt trip for cheating.

Wow!!The book is really an amazing one.I have been aspiring for long time to get stuffs piled up at a single book regarding health ,how to get fit ,weightloss,balanced diet and regular eating plans and above all a definite effective direction of how to lead a healthy and deseasefree life...
