Foot Sweating

When I say foot sweating helped to make my life more difficult, I'm not exaggerating. Being afraid to take off your shoes, feeling like your standing in a puddle, getting rashes on my feet, all made me anxious in every day situations.

When I could work up the courage to tell anyone this, they wouldn't even acknowledge it was an issue. They would just tell me that their feet sweat a lot too, but I knew they didn't sweat as much as mine did.

I found a cure, it is an awesome little book that really helped me get my problems under control, and my problems were much more severe than foot sweating.

Having sweaty feet is embarassing, can it be cured?

Honestly, I have to tell you it can't. Their are surgeries that exist, as well as some home-made remedies that can be painful.

But don't despair, the symptoms can be controlled.

It was miraculous when I finally felt I had my excessive sweating under control. Everything was suddenly better, life was suddenly better. I'd go out with all my buddies again, I started exercising again, my confidence went up (possibly the best part), and I know when I go to the gym that I smell great. To be fair, I attribute controlling my sweaty feet to this book.
