Mexican Velveeta Spicy Cheeseburger Dip

Nothing tastes better on a cold day then a warm Velveeta cheese dip. It's simple and tasty and all you need are tortilla chips for dipping! You'll want to make this quick and easy cheese dip on football Sunday and every day. The best part about this delicious cheese dip recipe is that you cook it in the crock pot, forget about it for a bit, and come back for a tasty treat everyone will love.

What You Will Need:

1lb Mexican Velveeta cheese
1lb ground chuck
1lb salsa
1 small can black olives
Crock Pot
Mixing spoon
Small bowl

Directions:

1- Brown 1lb of ground chuck in a medium saucepan until thoroughly cooked, with no pink. Place ground chuck meat in the Crock-Pot and set Crock-Pot temperature to high.

2 - Cut up cube sized chunks of Mexican Velveeta cheese and add to the hamburger in the Crock-Pot. Mix up with mixing spoon.

3 - Pour salsa into mixture in the Crock-Pot and stir. Add black olives and mix with contents in the Crock-Pot.

4 - Cook Velveeta cheese dip for a half an hour, stirring occasionally to be sure cheese is completely melted. Turn Crock-Pot temperature to low to keep warm when mixture is done.

5 - Spoon cooked Velveeta cheese dip into a small bowl and garnish with tortilla chips for dipping. I recommended Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips. Enjoy!

You can also add extra ingredients to your liking including green onions, tomatoes, or green peppers.
