Cures for Heel and Foot Pain
What are some cures for heel and foot pain? The first thing you should learn is how to wear the proper size shoe. Most people have problems with their feet because they do not have the right size or style of shoe or they wear the wrong type of shoes for whatever they are trying to do. This is a common mistake that can easily be treated by learning all you can about your shoes and your feet. The more you know, the better prepared you will be for caring for your feet. There are many different cures out there for your foot pain. One very simple cure is to elevate your feet. Take some time to sit down and prop those tootsies. In addition, you might also want to give your sore feet a soak. There are many great foot soaks, aromatherapy soaks and more that can help your tired feet feel better. Taking some times each day to remove your shoes and soak your feet or elevate them for a bit can be a great way to cure heel and foot pain.

Tips for Preventing Heel and Foot Pain
Here are a few tips to help you with preventing foot pain:1. Don't go barefoot - Walking around barefoot, especially outdoors and especially if you are diabetic is dangerous because there are so many things that you can step on that can injure you. There are many dangers that you will not even see until it is too late. Wearing shoes allows you to prevent this.
2. Wear the right shoes- Proper shoes are very important. You need shoes that support your feet for what you will be doing that day and you need those that fit you well. Many people wear shoes that are too small or too large and don't even realize the damage they are doing to their feet.
3. Take a load off- Remember to take some time to prop up your feet, soak them at the end of the day and enjoy time without your shoes on. Your feet need to rest.
4. Remember your hygiene- You also need to protect your feet from germs, bacteria, fungus and other problems that can result from poor hygiene. Always keep your feet clean and dry and change your socks when needed.
5. Stretch and protect during exercise- There are 26 bones in your feet and many muscles as well. Be sure you stretch before working out and that you support your feet properly when exercising or running.
