Reflexology is great as a therapy but it's also good for blowing away that tired and blue feeling and making life worth living again! That's why I say: "Reflexology is Life!"

This is an excellent book I used as a student and one that I would strongly recommend.

By one of the founders of modern reflexology this book gives useful case studies demonstrating the effectiveness of her work

Beryl Crane (Hardcover - Nov 27, 1997)
This is 'The Book'. It covers reflexology history, holistic approach, the basics, the reflexology session the anatomy of the feet and the hands and face, and much more
- Reflexology (Complete Illustrated Guide)
Inge Dougans (Paperback - Feb 18, 2002)
This is an excellent full-colour illustrated book by Inge Dougans the founder of the International School of Reflexology and Meridian Therapy and a world renowned expert
