What friends, colleagues and my community wish for Christmas
I did a little investigating and discovered some pretty powerful wishes, and common themes in what people are wishing for Christmas this year and during the Holidays. I have to say many wishes are really special. Many people's wishes reflect hard times, others have very specific wishes, mostly in the technology sector. Some are really heartfelt and personal. Even though Christmas comes around every year, I am still awed by the inspiration I find through the Holiday spirit that abounds during this time. Hope, Love, Peace. These things are timeless!
2009 update:
So far it looks like some trends for this year are people either staying home or spending more time at home, so I'm seeing "home" as a theme, and, a lot of buzz about Christmas Cards, both in the "getting" and the "giving" ideas. Let me see what I can find to freshen up this lens along the "Home" and "Christmas Card" themes....
