Inspite of this it still looks good and most importantly it runs great. It has turned 100,000 miles and I am confident that it will go another 100k with no problem.

Owned a Ford once and dreove a number of work vehicles (Fords of various types). They were all pretty well badly designed, cheap crap that were usually uncomfortable to drive, always needed to go to the shop for various problems and defects. Been happy with my various GMs-Chevs-potiacs for many years now.
(My 2008 2500HD 6.0L has better gas mileage stats than the Ford half ton 5.3L and has more Horses and a lot better pull power for my 5th wheel --lovin it!!!)
