foreclosed homes

I just want to let you know that I am just a individual that purchased a bunch of Foreclosure Systems to buy Hud Foreclosures and did learn but not earn money.  I have always wanted to purchase Foreclosed Homes.    I finally found the system that worked for me and it was great.  My first deal I profited over $11,000 in 11 days of owning the property.  I found this property that had been taken back by the bank so it is called a REO Property ( Real Estated Owned )  These are properties that have been thru the Sheriffs sale and no one pruchased it.  I contacted the Bank and they offered to sell it to me at one value then I made them a lower offer and they accepted it. 

For selling it I just put a sign in the yard then someone called, actually many people called.  This one person wanted to buy it bad.  They were going to pay all cash and wanted to close quick.  They offered me over $11k more than I paid.  At this time I still had not even closed on this Foreclosed Homes yet.   From when the time I paid for the home I avg. $1K per day.  Bad thing is I only owned it for 11 days.  There are so many ways that I could have sold this home and made more money like: lease with option to buy.  But it would have taken me longer to get my money back that getting in and out  was my best way.  If you are interested in making money like this in buying Foreclosed Homes go to this link and check it out.
