How do I install MetaTrader on my VPS?

You don't need to. MetaTrader will be Pre-Installed for you (with the Broker of your choice)

Do I need to have my PC running for any reason prior or during usage of your service?

No. Our service will run without you doing anything on your personal PC.

So if my PC crashes, or it gets disconnected, with my EA still run?

Yes. Our hosted solution was built to address this issue specifically.

Can I use your service if I have a MAC or Linux desktop or laptop?

Of Course you can. In fact, we also have a client (in the works) for the iPhone!

How secure is my account?

Our service is the ONLY MT4 Hosting service that runs on UNIX, not Windows - so your not prone to any of the Windows security flaws; such as Viruses, Spyware, Malware, etc.

How secure is my personal data in my MetaTrader on your service?

Due to highest level of encryption and other security measures, your hosted MetaTrader data are even more secure as it would be on your own PC. No one besides you have access to this information.

Which forex brokers do you support?

We currently support the following brokers: ForexMeta, Alpari, FXDD, GAIN, IBFX, IKON, MIG
We can add support for new/additional brokers aswell (in case they are using MetaTrader trading platform). If you have an account with a different broker, simply contact our Support and request your broker to be added.

My forex broker is not on the list of supported brokers, how should I proceed?

Please contact our Support and our technicians will add your desired broker to the list of supported brokers as soon as possible and notify you once it is added. We need the following info from you: your broker's name, your broker's website URL and URL/link for downloading MT4 - MetaTrader 4 platform on your broker's website.
