Formula 1 - 2009 Season
Formula 1 is the top motor racing sport in the world with millions of people in over 200 countries tuning in to watch each race.
In 2009, the Formula 1 season consists of 18 races, one less than last year. We have lost Canada and France this year, both of which I am sad to see vanish but gained a yet another new location. The first race is approaching fast and this year we start the season in Australia on March 29
Don't forget the this year we get yet another new race with the Abu Dhabi race that will finish up our season on November 15.
Lets jump right in with the schedule for the 2009 Formula 1 season, the team and driver lineups as we know them so far and the latest F1 news.
Come back often as I will be updating throughout the season with the latest news and information!

Swiss driver Sebastien Buemi will drive for Toro Rosso in 2009. He drove in GP2 last year where he was supported by Red Bull Racing.
FIA President Max Mosley has informed the F1 teams that he want to further reduce costs in the future. Some ideas are extending engine life beyond the current 2 race requirement, restricting what chasis components can be further developed, testing limited to 15,000km per year as well as other ideas.

- I was trying to get all the TV Broadcasters of Formula 1 2009 so I clicked on the link above but what is doing Canada and France on the list when these two are no longer in the program??? In other words I can't trust that info.
Thanks, Danny.
