Fractal Art Prints; A Geometric Art
Fractals have become very popular in recent years as a form of artistic expression. While these geometric shapes and repeating patterns are common in nature, it is the computer generated creations which are most commonly thought of. It may be true that fractals are composed of complicated mathematical equations; however you don't have to have a degree in science to enjoy their beauty. Often seen as chaotic and random they are one of the most ordered sequences of repetition in creation.
Wikipedia defines fractals as "a rough or fragmented geometric shape that can be split into parts, each of which is (at least approximately) a reduced-size copy of the whole," a property called self-similarity.

- I really enjoyed the art you featured. Your really put some excellent fractals on here. I played with a few of the free products online and made a couple simple ones, but these beautiful pieces makes me think I need to put a nice fractal program on my Christmas list this year.
