Meet Frankie Stein the new kid, or should I say doll, at Monster High. She is one in a new line of fashion dolls by Mattel that the kids are really excited about this year. Frankie is the daughter of Viktor and Viveka Stein and is based on the famous horror monster Frankenstein. Frankie Stein is one of the main characters in the book and other productions of Monster High. Billed as the new kid, she is only 15 days old when she enters her new school. Up to that time she was having the basic knowledge of academia downloaded into her head. Just like any other teen, she and her friends are trying to figure out how to fit in, look their best, and all those other things that teens struggle with.

The dolls were released in the summer of 2010 and have become an instant hit with the kids.

A Little Bio Of Frankie Stein

frankie stein dollFrankie Stein doesn't look like your normal fashion doll because she does come from a Monster background. Just like any other teenage girl she faces the problems of High School life. Take her complexion, it is green. So she tries to hide it with make-up and there are those bolts in her neck that she tries to hide with turtleneck tops, high collars, and scarves.

She is pretty athletic and even gets a place on the "fearleading" squad at Monster High. Poor Frankie does have a problem with some of her body parts flying off when she least expects it.
