Franz Liszt Dreams of Love
Liebestraum (Dream of Love) by Franz Liszt is a gorgeous tune! Liebestraum means Love's Dream. I have just finished an arrangement of Liebestraum No 3 for flute and guitar. It is very much simplified from the original two piano transcription by the virtuoso Hungarian pianist and composer, Franz Liszt, who basically had the world at his feet when he published it in 1850. - I well remember struggling to learn to play this ;piece when I was a girl.... I loved it so, and eventhough I was a beginner, and it was somewhat advanced for me, I nerly cried when I finally got all the way through it without a glaring mistake. To this day, I feel young when I hear it.
