What is Intel
Article Submission and Directory
Intel is intelligence, i.e. any tidbit of information that you write and submit. Intel can be a detailed and lengthy academic treatise. But more often it will be just one paragraph with some information only a few people know about. You can write Intel in any form you would like to, and your Intel will not get edited by anyone except you.Intel can be about anything. It can be about a person, a company, a place, a thing, or just about anything.
The concept behind this is to create a massive directory of intelligent information reaching around the globe, and covering every aspect of the society that we live in. The only language, however, is English.
When you do a Google or Yahoo search you will only find the websites that the search engines have deemed relevant yo your search, which isn't always the case.
The idea behind Qassai is that when a member enters a search you will actually be more likely to receive the information that you are seeking rather than a website advertising something.
Ad Revenue Sharing
Qassai's "bread and butter is the accumulation and amalgamation of intel (intelligence). And sites that rely on user contributions are expected to compensate their contributors. While their primary way of rewarding content is with backlinks and exposure for users' websites, we will also share advertising revenues with their members." - Quote from Qassai Website
The way that this is accomplished is that you will receive 100% of Google Adsense income that has been generated by visitors to your home page. You will need to have a Google Adsense account because all earnings from Google Adsense will be paid through Google.

At Qassia, you will get credit for adding your Intel, or articles. The more credit you get, the better your sites will rank. This acts as an incentive for website owners to continue to contribute articles to Qassia. The end result will be having the intellegent thought of the minds of millions, thus enabling Qassia to become become the largest repository of intelligence on the World Wide Web.Now don't get freaked out thing , "Oh, this is just a glorified "Traffic Exchange". No it is not anything of the kind. It is totally different. This is Web 2.0 at it's best as people are submitting there finds, thoughts and ideas.
You won't be plagued with all of the silly "Hugs & Kissey Face" stuff that overloads your email inbox from FaceBook. This is totally devoid of the time consuming time wasters of FaceBook and is actually geared towards intelligent thought.
All members have the opportunity to read article submissions and rank them. They will not be published until they have been rated by 10 members.
All of the articles are rotated for ranking so that they are rated quickly and you do not have to rely on someone finding them as in Digg.
The more you participate in intel (article) submission, intel reviews and website submissions, the more Qassai dollars you will earn that are turned into backlinks for your websites.
I am finding this quite intriguing as it will become easier to find information that you need that is current rather than relying on the algorithms that Google keeps coming up with.
Methods of Website Linking
This article pertains to methods of hyperlinking to/of different websites, often used in regard to search engine optimization (SEO).
Backlinks
These are the usual ways to get links that are not generated naturally by organic searches. Very time consuming indeed.
Backlinks (or back-links UK) are incoming links to a website or web page. In the search engine optimization (SEO) world, the number of backlinks is one indication of the popularity or importance of that website or page (though other measures, such as PageRank, are likely to be more important). Outside of SEO, the backlinks of a webpage may be of significant personal, cultural or semantic interest: they indicate who is paying attention to that page.
In basic link terminology, a backlink is any link received by a web node (web page, directory, website, or top level domain) from another web node (Björneborn and Ingwersen, 2004). Backlinks are also known as incoming links, inbound links, inlinks, and inward links.
Linkbacks
A linkback is a method for Web authors to obtain notifications when other authors link to one of their documents. This enables authors to keep track of who is linking to, or referring to their articles. The three methods (Refback, Trackback, and Pingback) differ in how they accomplish this task.
Any of the four terms -- Linkback, Trackback, Pingback, or (rarely) Refback -- might also refer colloquially to items within a section upon the linked page that display the received notifications, usually...
Trackback
A trackback is one of three types of linkbacks, methods for Web authors to request notification when somebody links to one of their documents. This enables authors to keep track of who is linking, and so referring, to their articles. Some weblog software programs, such as Wordpress, CuteNewsRU, Movable Type, Typo,Community Server and Kentico CMS, support automatic pingbacks where all the links in a published article can be pinged when the article is published. The term is used colloquially for any kind of linkback.
