Karol and Nick- I would like to begin with a speech.

A wise person once told me that magic happens at the most unexpected moments. I would have to disagree.

Today has been planned for months and months, and it was still filled with magic.

I've known Nick for many years, and I've never seen him happier than when he is with Karol. And I haven't seen Karol without a smile when she and Nick are together.

This magic that makes them happy today is love. Love, however, isn't always simple.

You will fight and disagree, but as long as you love each other this magic will never die.

May the rest of your lives be filled with magical moments.

On this day that two of my greatest friends begin their lives together, I can't help but thinking about the game I watched the other day-My team won by the way- but I was thinking that it took more than one person to win that game.

The offense and the defense had to work together to form the perfect team. Marriage, in my opinion, is like that game. One person cannot make a marriage work it takes two.

So may you two always work on the same team and never against one another.

May your marriage be full of wins, never losses, and all the happiness in the world.

Ladies and Gentlemen- I would like you to join me in wishing Jerold and Harriet a wonderful life together.

I've known Jerold for the past 5 years. When I first met him, he told me that he would never get married.

Then three years ago, he met Harriet, and I don't know what Harriet did, but his opinion of marriage has changed.

It may have something to do with the fact that I have never seen Jerold happier than he has been these last three years. Harriet you have really brought out the best qualities in him.

May you both continue to bring out the best in each other and love each other for the rest of your lives.

What advice do you give to the man who just became your brother-in-law?

Well here are some of the answers I came up with: Flowers are not just for Valentine's Day or your anniversary.

Give flowers for it being Monday. Give all types of flowers, but remember roses work the best. Also remember to cook dinner every once in a while but always wash the dishes.

Remember that the woman is always right even when she's wrong. Remember the living room carpet should be changed every two years and diamonds make the best gifts.

And don't forget to love each other.

Good evening, Ladies and Gentlemen. First off I want to thank everyone for being here to help make Sam and Susan's wedding such a memorable and special occasion.

Personally, I wish you all would have stayed at home and made my job a little less nerve-wracking; but nonetheless, I am truly delighted that you call could be here.

When Sam asked me to be the best man, I naturally had many questions. What had I done to be bestowed with such an honor? Had someone else refused - or had all his other friends left the country? Whatever the reason, I am glad he asked.

I wouldn't want to be anywhere else; well, except maybe not giving this speech right about now. No, really I have known Sam since grade school. He and I have been best friends ever since we let Mrs. Smith's pet mouse loose in her classroom. We knew then that no matter whatever the situation was - how big or tiny - that we were in, we would see it through together. And that's how it's always been.

Now, it was during one of those "up to no good" events where Sam met Susan. He was immediately taken by her - no, she wasn't a police officer and she didn't arrest him, she only smiled at him, and he was instantly hooked.

Being Sam's best friend since, basically, the beginning of time, I feel privileged to say that Susan is the best woman to come into his life. Their love is real and clear.

Now I would be delighted if you all would join me and raise your glasses to toast this loving couple: Susan and Sam, may the love that you two share always be apparent to everyone around you as it is clearly visible to all of us here today.

May your lives together be one filled with unending happiness and love; and, I guess, Sam, a modicum of good behavior for Susan's sake.

I want to thank everyone for being able to be here tonight to celebrate the marriage of Nick and Stacey.

Having never been a best man before, I was a little perplexed and wondered how I was going to go about it.

A friend of mine suggested the internet as a first way of learning, which bombarded me with a wealth of information, including a useful list of duties.

I was, however, really nervous about one of them - making sure the groom's face and hair are in order.

Well, Nick, I have to say that if nature didn't get them in order the first time around, what chance did I have? No seriously, I am honored to be Nick's best man. He is my best friend. He is my brother. But I am extremely nervous about giving this speech.

For all of those who don't know me, I'm Jason, Nick's younger brother. It's great to stand up here today because, after all these years, Nick has finally admitted that I am the best man. When Nick met Stacey, I knew that she was a very special woman.

Being with her filled him with so much joy and happiness that he had to make sure if was forever.

These two were made for each other, I couldn't have chosen a better bride for my brother if I had tried.

Before we raise our glasses in honor of Nick and Stacey, I'd like to offer this bit of advice for my big brother: Nick - always be sure to split the difference on the thermostat (remember those silly fights our parents had about it being too cold or too hot - find a mutual temperature) and never forget the three most important words you can say to your wife: "You're right, dear." (You can thank Stacey for that one).

Now if you'll all lift your glasses to join me in a toast: to the bride and groom - each time the sun sets, may it set in your hearts and warm your love for each other; each time the moon beams, may it light your way through darker times; and if ever the stars fall from the sky, may they fall into your eyes as you gaze on one another.

This is your night Nick and Stacey, and these are all your friends and family. We raise our glasses to you and wish you everything good in your years ahead.
