Turning 40 was an interesting experience. I really never thought that I would get OR feel old. For those of you who have turned 40 (or 29 for the eleventh time) you understand what I mean. Stiff back, and legs in the morning, feelings of not enough sleep. The scale in the bathroom yells at you. Well, all this is telling you is to " shape up ". It is not as hard as you may think and you will feel so much better for it.
Now, I know that not everyone that reads this is 40, most of you are half my age. Now, you should really read what I have to say here. It was one of the most difficult things I have ever done. Challenge myself to become fit, healthy, and toned.

First, I arrived at the truth that I needed to be healthier. I needed to believe in myself. That I can do this. One of the hardest things to do is to admit you need help, or that you need to "help yourself."
Second, I found a friend that wanted the same thing. I made a gentlemans agreement to encourage each other to never quit. If you have a friend that is or may be interested, you should get together. If not, find one. Social sites can be a great place. Just search out a group.
Third, find a free program that works. I could go to the gym but I am a very personal person and have enough room here at home.

I searched the net. I looked and looked but I never really found a FREE routine that would promise results until I found Body Building . com. I was interrested with the site right from the first visit. It offered all that I needed. Not only does this site have every possible supplement, tools, and workout clothing, it has a highly useful forum section. I found that by getting involved in the chat forum on the website that I was able to find a great routine based on my age, weight, overall health, and it was free.
Don't misunderstand, I not only found a number of free routines that I used but continued to update my routines based on my progress. You can chat with some very intelligent trainers, find out about contests, post your own pics, and the site itself has every product you will ever need.

Body Building . com is a SuperSite with Article Listings· Training· Nutrition· Supplements· Contest Prep· Motivation· For Sports·Bodybuilders·Contests·Exercises·Workouts·The Fit Show·and this is all for men,for Women,and for Teens.
